Global Delivery: The BUYSKICKSS Project is committed to delivering your items worldwide as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or other carriers depending on the shipping address.

Delivery Times: Please note that as items may be sourced from different locations, delivery times may vary.

Shipping Fees

Minimal Fees: At BUYSKICKSS , we strive to keep our shipping fees minimal to offer you the best value. We are pleased to provide free worldwide express shipping on all orders!

Fast Shipping Option: For an expedited delivery, we offer a fast shipping service for an additional $15.99 per pair, available at checkout.

Delivery Exclusions: Please be aware that deliveries do not include weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing Time

Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours and is closed on national holidays. We make every effort to minimize shipment delays during these periods.

Estimated Delivery Times

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time for express shipping is between 10 to 12 working days. Please note that this is a guided estimate and may vary.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Order Status: You can check the status of your order under the Order History section on our website. A confirmation email will also be sent upon successful checkout.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information. Alternatively, you can track your order here.

Tracking Delays: If you do not receive a tracking confirmation email within 5 business days of making your payment, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance. Remember that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

Missed Delivery

Delivery Attempts: If we are unable to reach you at the specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave a message or call you. They may also leave a card with instructions on redelivery or collection options.

Please note that the following are common problems during transportation.

  1. Change of address
    Please contact us before shipment to provide us with your order number, order email address and correct address. We will respond and confirm your change request within 4 hours.
  2. Wrong shipped address
    Within 48 hours after receiving the tracking number, we have a chance to successfully recover your package from the transport service provider and change the address, depending on the facts (or failure). A customer once sent us an email 15 days after the package was sent to inform us that his address was wrong and filed a claim, which seems ridiculous to us.
    In the case of an incorrect address and unable to intercept the package, we will try our best to negotiate a solution that is beneficial to the customer.
  3. Intercepted by customs
    When the package is intercepted by the customs of the destination country and not delivered, we will send an email to the customer to inform the reason and resend the package. Please wait patiently for your shoes to arrive.
  4. The tracking number has not been updated for a long time
    We will communicate with the customer to resend the package for free or refund, even if the previous package arrives without paying additional fees.
  5. The package is shown as delivered but not received
    We will first ask the transport service provider for proof of receipt. If the customer’s package is stolen or caused by other reasons not related to the transport service provider, we will not bear any responsibility. However, we are willing to discuss a better solution with the customer.

Note: If the responsibility lies with us, the customer does not need to bear any additional costs; if the responsibility lies with the customer, there may be additional costs for it!
